Lustine Toyota Dodge LIED TO AND RIPED OFF Woodbridge Virginia

The trouble started when they low balled us on our trade in took 2 hours to fix that then went to finance and we looked at a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT they told use we were approved for a loan from capital one and what our rate was and what our payments were and that one was not due for 45 days. We signed the papers they trasperred our tags from the old jeep to the new Van and left with the van.

About 26 days later my wife got a call from the finance dept and they stated the points had changed and we needed to come down and sign different papers. We went back there and found out this was not the case the lady in finance had lied to my wife and they said they needed the van back the loan did not go through. We found out they had ghosted the loan and lied.

Now not only do we not have the van they put use 2 months behind on the Jeep and what a rip off stay away from the dealership bad news the owner should be ashamed of himself they even cashed my down payment check when we returned the Van we found out they never notified the DMV and had the tags chaned so we drove around for a month with tags still regestered to the jeep.we asked if they were going to call the DMV they said that was our problem.

We are seeking legal assistance against them as they have damaged our credit even more.
