This individual is anonymous? You allow anonymous individuals to post whatever damaging information they want? Since we have no customers in there purported city, I would hope you would give us the courtesy of putting a name up there or sending to the email on record. We know this is an ex employee located in Colorado and we would like a name so we can direct our libel attorneys in the correct direction.

When i found out that Katie Hopkins, a slothful, ex employee placed this bogus message i was livid... she doesn't have the guts to be honest. Instead, resorting to behind the back, low life tactics!

This bogus report was submitted 7/18/2008 .. two months before either luxspasusa or luxspas existed. She pretends to be Anonymous from Acworth, Georgia. i can attest to the fact that there are NO customers in Acworth, GA.... or within proximity of this area.

These are libelous accusations! although i no longer work for this company, i cant tell you how much they care and go overboard for their customers. it's actually quite impressive to me.. and disoncerting that someone like Katie Hopkins (without any credibility) can assault the reputation of good, honest companies.
guess there's not much else to when no one else will hire you! Except sit on your ample derrire and scorn legitimate people and companies.

i found this remark totally by accident and had to reply... over the last few years this company has sold over 10,000 saunas without incident. Katie wrote this after she was fired for total unambiguous incompetence. there are 3 customers in the city she claims to have written from and they are all quite content and happy customers. don't believe this garbage.. it's insulting and embarrassing to think that people are sooo pitiful to resort to this low level of stupidity... and arrogance! as an example of how pitiful this overweight, grotesque angry woman is, i happened to see her in a laundry mat a week or so after she was fired. i left my laundry to go do some errands. when i came back my laundry was gone. i asked her what she did with my laundry and she started screaming - "Get away from me NOW!!!" very odd... phsyco actually!
