Buyers Beware!!!!! If you want to TRY a bed, don't do so with Luxepedic!!! They do NOT stand behind their return policy and warranty! Plus, their return policy and warranty are ALWAYS changing!!!
We ordered a mattress over Memorial weekend this year. They said they would ship a bed within 72 hours.
Not ours!!! it took almost 2 weeks for them to ship it! Then after we tried if for 30 days and neither me or my spouse could sleep on the right side of the bed, we called to return it. But guess what! They changed the return policy so you have to wait 60 days before you can even call for an RMA number to return it.
The bed sagged on the right side of the bed from day 1, but we could not get the company to pay for the shipping to return it! We did NOT like the bed and we were done with this company! So, it cost us over $400 to try a defective mattress! Stay away from this company!!! They don't stand behind their product! We were NOT about to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get another replacement bed from them when ever step along the way is PAINFUL!!!
Plus, it took over 2 weeks to get our refund! Each step in the process takes way too long! Their customer service SUCKS! They rarely answer the phone, so you just get a voicemail for customer service!! Then you don't get a call back! You have to keep calling to try to get a live person!
We found another mattress, a (((competitor's name redacted)))! We highly recommend it. sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
