Luxman Trading Concepts Refuses to honor contract refund for nonperformance Marina del Rey, California

This firm sells ("licenses") automated trading programs, via cold calls.  The contract states the license fee will be refunded if the program is not profitable in six months.  Their M.O. is to simply not honor the contract terms.

I see they have been continuing this scam for some time and hooked quite a few victims.  I feel foolish indeed for having violated the First Commandment of investing--thou shalt invest no money within *anyone* who calls you first, no matter how convincing they may sound.  Also, apparently, a written contract isn't worth the paper it's written on, and that the average taxpayer gets very little for the millions (billions?) of our tax money spent on supposed oversight and regulation of financial services.
