Luxor Linens Still waiting on delivery, Internet

Today is Dec 13th and I have not received my purchase. I have been trying to contact them since Monday Dec 10th to no avail. When you call the company the recording gives you various promps as to what department you need to contact. I have tried each one of them and I'm just left listening to music for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, after that it disconnects you. I've emailed twice and still no response. They are
I am thoroughly dissapointed, as I am now going to a gift exchange without a gift in hand.
I will never again make a purchase through this company, and encourage others to stay away from their site. This company obviously does not understand the concept of running a business in a proper manner.
