Luxy Hair Rip off, Misleading, Customer Service Sucks Internet
It was to dark so I followed the instructions to return, which meant first you had to take pictures of the packaging, three to be exact, and email them to company. I did and I wasn't concerned because I never opened the part that held all the hair extensions.
The long and short of it is that they will not exchange it because I opened the smaller section with the one weft of hair in it and my confusion is why they would even seperate it like that if they didn't want that part opened. It's clear packaging and its not like you couldn't see the color of the hair, but looking thru plasic is not the same as holding the hair up to you head.
Since I wasn't asking for a refund, just an exchange and they would have only had to replace the one weft, I feel as if they mislead me and now I'm suck with hair that I can't even use!
