Lydia's Art Box BAD MERCHANDISE/POLICY Lawrenceville, Georgia

I purchased a book bag from this deceitful store on 7/19/11. I have bought many things there, return customer. Within the first week of school seams already came undone and zipper pieces falling off. I have gone into the store and have made several phone calls trying to resolve this problem. The owner is a belligerent selfish person that is not willing to come out of her profits for even one penny. I told her we could meet in the middle, order me a new one, of the same style, and I will pay an additional 5-10$. Her best offer was to order a new one and take off thirty percent, her profits.
Why would I want to buy anything else from a RIP off scamming store when the first bag is defective. I am sorry, but in America, we want quality and we want it fast. If a store decides that it is above backing its product we should revolt against them. Come on Lydias, even Walmart has better return policy than your store, and that's bad. It is NOT asking too much for you to provide me with a quality product. I say quality because the store has a sign that says it is suppose to be. FALSE ADVERTISING-MISLEADING!!!!!!!! The owner actually tried to explain that there is different levels of quality implied within the meaning of her sign. That is before she hung up on me.
I am an American, I will fight up the ladder to take a stand in what I believe in. Mean, lying, scam artist business should be called out. Americans, countrymen, stand up against disgusting practitioner of lies. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY TAKE UR MONEY FOR BAD PRODUCTS. I dont care about a policy. I cant see it or touch it. I can see this lemon 'quality' book bag. Simply refund my $19.07 or get me a new bag. Its called America, try it out.
