Love JF and Tracy as bookers but it's a shame Lynn Ventura doesn't pay her models. To have to come in to collect cheques is unprofessional they should just be mailed out and what makes it worse is that she doesn't even have a set date you can come in and collect them.Still waiting on a cheque for a job in October 2011 and have made multiple attempts to come and collect or have it sent for the past 6 months. Lynn either ignores or has an excuse.  Go to another agency

It's not surprising. People who have declared bankruptcy would have a difficult time getting the bond required for a talent agency license.

Looks like this company is ILLEGAL. Anyone attempting to procure employment in CA is required to be licensed. There is a whole law about it called the Talent Agency Act, and the state does not take kindly to violators. Especially those who target children as clients.

"Love Lynn": perhaps you might want to do some research and figure out who you have gotten mixed up with. Her reputation precedes her in Hollywood, and it isn't good. Google "scam Best New Talent" and see what you find. Now, an illegal business on top of that? This chick is a piece of work.

California public records seem to indicate that Lynn Venturella is having some extreme financial difficulties, her recent second bankruptcy and legal problems.

I'm not sure how solid "Pinkerton Talent" could be, and wonder why the name change? After 10 years working with Best New Talent, why would she change her name?

I was completly BLOWN AWAY by this anonomus persons report. I was so ecstatic
when I found out that lynn was opening an new agency! I started looking immediately for her new company, thats when I came across this. All I can say is this must be a very insecure and jealous person to say these types of things about Lynn. And employees????? Please...Its truly a shame that anyone can post bad and nasty things online without any proof of wrong doing. Lynn is the one that helped my child get started in this business. I've known her for many years and can't begin to explain all the things she has done for us . My child is now very successful because of the great start Lynn offered us. As a matter of fact I am removing my child from their current agency to go with Lynns New agency across the board! In my opinon it would be a mistake not to. Maybe this was filed by a competitor? Or maybe some Mom who is upset because their kid just couldn't make it in this business! Afterall, the talent business is not for everyone.
