They do have a new location, i've been there to pick up a check once. Its 8500 Wilshire Blvd set 527 Beverly Hills CA 90211. Its on the corner of La Cienaga and Wilshire.

I would go down there or call them and also i sent a complaint on BBB you should do the same so you can get your money! And also file a small claims report.
