the lynx bus system are a load. i stood outside in the sun with my two year old and 3 others who were going to pick up their kids from daycare and 3 on thier way to work, the lynx bus driver failed to see this large group of people standing at the stop and passed us all by, as we noticed someone in the front tell the driver and he shrugged his shoulders and continued on. dont let the commercials and adds fool you, its not at all convienient and not exactly the best at stop placement, visibilty or training thier drives to open thier eyes, its a bit more reliable to walk or catch the cab.

Dear Kari,

We apologize for the pass by. There is no excuse for an operator to pass by a waiting customer. We deal with this by speaking with the operator and explaining policy. Unfortunately, many of the complaints we receive for the situations you listed are missing one critical piece of information. The bus number. On the back of each of our buses in the upper left hand side is a number. If such an incident happens again, please write down the number of the bus, the time it occured and what route it is on. We will then be able to talk with the operator about the situation and take appropriate action.

Again accept our apology, we understand that is harder to regain trust than it is to lose it.
