Lyons, Doughty & Veldhuis, P.C/P.A. Hired by Capital One illegally use of collecting debt Laurel New Jersey

 Lyons, Doughty & Veldhuis filed a judgement against me. In the District Court of MD representing Capital One. I paid for the protection plan on the Capital One Plan without my knowledge. When this judgement was filed, I was protected by the insurance. Thesong court papers were not physically served to me. They were taped to a stormed door. I did not have knowledge of court date due to being in a severe flare of Crohn'Disease and complications from having this illness. So, I missed court date. The decision was a dfault and this debt collector is charging me 10%and daily interest, yet refuses to turn over verification of debt. They tried garnishing wages, but cannot do so in my state. Capital One has charged off debt, so how can I owe a debt collector representing them for unverified debt? At one point, these lawyers refused to speak to me. Sounds like a scam to me
