M. G. R. is the sort of place that will tell you one thing while holding back on something else, they just want their money its like all they care of is to bring in the bacon. In fact that is where the saying came from, when it comes to repairs all they do is consider what really would happen. They are a investment company, and thats it because they just want your money sort of like ENRON then when it comes to repairs they are like the fisherman in JAWS who will put their finger nails to the chalk board and then drag his hand down.

Thus when someone wants to rent, they put on this act like they know something to get the person locked into a deal then reap the coals coming in (the money), then when it comes to repairs its renter bewear. it kind of like a auto insurance company where as they are
slow to respond Then to top it off so to speak they hire ex-cons from where ever whom will do anything and accept any income to be part of a company that will invest in a lot. They conduct business to make it look good as for when whoever checks on them but then usually its business like usuall untill something is needed then little attention is given.

its the profits and the bottem line that make the grade while getting fat from the profits brought on to make it look like its really a good company, something to look up to. Then there are those tims when you want something done but then they dont pay attention to the little guy as it to much to worry over as they (M. G. R.) have more important things to consider like the proft margine and the spendures.
