Beware! Chris Mihalic, owner, has been charged with fraud in Indiana, has multiple "offices" and doesn't pay employees or subcontractors.
Offices located in Garner, NC, Annapolis, MD, Pleasantville, NJ and a location in Indiana but has someone else listed as owner because owner is prohibited from doing business there.
How does this effect consumer? Owner takes payment, doesn't pay subcontractor then subcontractor exercises lien rights and places lien against customer's property. Customer ends up either paying for services twice or dealing with a lien.
Office employees and salesmen stick around long enough to figure out that they're not getting paid, so it's a different staff every month or so.
Have seen Craigslist ad posted 12/2012 in North Carolina warning other homeowners not to do business because of owner not paying subcontractor.
My company is currently owed tens of thousands of dollars and the owner refuses to answer his cell phone and now his offices won't answer my calls and I am not alone. His own office employees state hes hard to deal with. Do yourself a favor, find a reputable company!!

I was a personal assistant for the owner...being #3 of them...he is a hard person to work for but i tolerated it. But then i had to always up and leave randomly to travel to NJ which that office wasnt even set up properly like it was suppose be. Most people that worked up there were on drugs in which the owner was aware of but he would also collect money from customers and ask them to place the checks in "his Name" not the company name he would explain to them that it will help the process start faster...Then he woul dstay at a fancy hotel where he would gamble thousands of dollars, Im talking in one hand losing 15,000 i know this for a fact because i had to carry from the safe $15,000 in cash and bring in to him in which he gambled all away within mins. After that i started relizing alot of shady and bad things he was doing and would observe little by little everything he was doing . Then he would bouce company checks but still be able to go on trips out of state and country with his family but yet couldnt pay employees... That is when i said iw ouldnt work for a shady man. He can be a warm heart person when he wants to and i hate to see things end this way but he will never learn and thinks he is untouchable.
