I was at factoria shopping center, when 2 guys came up to me, 2 white male. Said they have some speaker and want me to check them out. i decline at first. but i didn't see the harm to only look at what they have.(i was terrible wrong). they said they have a paper work mishap and was delivering home theater system but he ended up with 3 extra system. he said that if he bring them back his boss is just gonna take them back. So he said he wanted to make some extra money. and as I being greedy at the time. i check them out and saw they were in mint condition and have factory wrap and seal. i check the box out and it said MRTS(w.e) was $2799.00. at first i thought these were to good to be true(they are). then he show me a receipt stating someone bought them close to $3000.00 and along with the boxes was bose system and other manufacture. at first i ask how much for the bose. and he said that one is for him. but he sell me the other one. i ask how much are u looking for?. and he said what do u want to pay? and i offer 275$!!!(im soo dumb). and he said. its $2000 system can u give me more?. i said 275 final. anywayz. after i retardedly gave him 275 i thought i was getting a deal, but in fact after i got home i looked up the brand and realize that this was all a scam and i tryed contacting the police and this was taken place right in front of a bank. i tryed to contact the bank asking for Video from their security camera but they would release it without a police report. anywayz they police said that they did not do anything illegal because it was a verbal contract and "buy as is" status. and there was no crime committed. because i agruee to pay and he didnt force the money out of me. So now im screw because the company is make believe and fake. there isnt nothign i can do expert report it. I want to contact the news station and have them interview me so my whole area is aware of this scam.
