I ordered Magic Jack on-line because of the 'free 30 day trial'. My credit card was charged the next day. I got on-line to cancel the account and had to chat with a customer service person for more than an hour to cancel it even though my order had not yet been shipped. They insisted that there was only a 'hold' on my credit card, but my card issuer said it was a charge and at the end of the day I believe them over a company that already has many, many reports against it about billing. I was no longer interested in trying their product if they have deceptive billing practices. Buyer beware!
