I am writing to rebut what has been written about Ms. Aloe here. I am Stephen Nathaniel and the following statements are obviously false. We are going to pursue these people to the fullest extent of the law. Please contact my office should you have any questions.

As the legal representatives to Ms. Aloe and the MMOC Production ,  we hereby remit the following response. Further, any false postings in reference to a lawsuit are false and fraudulent. It shall be noted legally that she and Mr. Gottlieb dismissed  a proceeding mutually on July 21, 2010. Since then Robert Gottlieb has been paid out his principal. They persons of interest have   clearly been  identified are being pursued legally to the fullest extent of the law. The disgruntled employee unfortunately was terminated in 2007 but continues to post under different screens names along with his best friend. We were able to now track with subpoenas through the internet providers and to get to each   IP
address.  Each internet posting now and in the future are being monitored and tracked by   an  assigned detective at the Beverly Hills police department as well as The District Attorney's office of Steve Katz in Beverly Hills. Although negative posters may believe they post anonymously , the legal team in Beverly Hills are  now able to track the IP addresses 
of each post now,  under " Marcy's law" . These people will be  prosecuted according to the fullest extent of the law.

There was no loss of  any  lawsuit in  any  court  whatsoever, the film  was bound  in the  middle of a  much published  $4 Billion  MGM bankruptcy for 2 years along with The Hobbit, the fourth installment of the Lord of The Rings and the new James bond movie which was just announced.  The movie MMOC was released from the MGM studios on March 17 2011  along with the other prominent films.  The movie now has a major distribution deal with another prominent studio.  The  financing has been promptly raised by Ms Aloe  and her prestiogous partners the production starts  its   pre production  in January 2012 .
