MATCH>COM 6 months guarantee Internet, Internet

I've been a member of Match.Com on and off for 5 or 6 years..I have had problems even when I asked not to be automaticly renewed they did so,but called and always got the problem resolve or agreed apond one way or another....Previously I subcribed for the 6 months and if You didnt meet someone in 6 months You got 6 months free, well come to find out that I didnt meet match.com requirements because one month I didnt send enough emails, so I renewed for another 6 months keep track of my requirements for my 6 months incase I didnt meet someone, which I didnt, but met all requirements according to what they had listed under the requirement section they provided...

One month after my 6 months free should have started I get my credit card bill seeing I was charged for another 6 months , call customer service told them the issue customer service said we see You met all requirements and we will refund your money, so I called the next day to find out if my account was credited because they wouldnt send me an email stating whether it was or not ,  they did refund my account , but canceled my membership saying that I didnt inform them 7 days prior to the end of my 6 months that I hadnt met anyone and continued to say I was sent email asking just that (if I had met someone), therefore I wasnt entitled to my 6 months free, there was nothing said in the criteria for the 6 month guarantee that I had to notify them especially where You keep track of all the criteria needed to get your 6 months free , they never sent the email asking me if I had met someone.....PLEASE BEWARE MATCH.COM looks for every way not to HOLD their Side of THIS AGREEMENT!!!...THEY ARE A RIP-OFF.....DONT NOT USE THEM!!!..I WONT USE THEM EVER AGAIN !!!!
