Received an EMail regarding new PDF Reader.

I thought it was referring to the Adobe PDF Reader, and as I use that Software regularly, felt that I should Upgrade to the offer in the Email.

Went to the Website and followed the prompts, to the point where the offer was for $US 12.97 a year for 3 years, I did not want to pay for 3 years in advance, so I then pressed Cancel.

A Pop-Up appeared offering a 50% Discount, or $US6.85 a year for 3 years, if I acted NOW. I felt this was a good Discount and proceeded with my Credit card Details for the discounted offer.

I received an Email stating that the purchase was approved and that I would have the amount of $US48.38 billed by MBCONTACT.COM on my Credit Card.

This amount was about 200% more than what I expected, and I immediately tried to contact them, but no matter which way I tried there was no response from the support area.

I contacted my Bank WESTPAC and they advised me that until the Monies had been requested, they could not do anything, and to wait until then to lodge a suspend payment to Westpac.

I know I should have been more aware. But the offer seemed to be from ADOBE, and with such a reduction, I could hardly refuse.

To not only fool me on the source of the offer, but to overcharge by such a huge amount, I feel was despicable of them.

Step #2: To begin with download the TenPDFReader, to be able to open the PDF files once they are created, from this link:

Step #3: Click on 'PDF Creator' on the left pane.



Step #4: From the screen that opens on the right, download the 'TenCreator' by clicking on 'Download Now'.



Step #5: Once the installer file has downloaded, double-click on it to begin the installation.



Step #6: We strongly advise you to leave the default options to create a desktop icon for the software and follow the basic, pre-set installation procedures. The software will prompt you to click on "Finish" to complete the installation.



Step #7: Open the document file or the spreadsheet which you wish to convert to pdf.

Select 'File' from the upper left-hand corner of the window, then select 'Print' from the options available.

In the box that opens, at the top there will be a dropdown available to choose Printer 'Name'.

In that dropdown, choose 'TenPDFCreator'.

Click OK.



Step #8: After clicking on OK, click on the "TenPDFCreator" icon on your desktop.

As soon as the application opens, you will get a pop-up box which shows the document/spreadsheet file, that you wish to convert to PDF, in queue.

In that pop-up box, there will be 5 clickable buttons at the bottom.

Click on the right-most one called "Save".

Choose the desired location to save the PDF file.



Step #9: Once the location is chosen, TenPDFCreator will quickly create the PDF document and show it on screen for your review.

You will also find the icon of the PDF file at the location you chose for this file to be saved in Step #8.
