MBF LEASING/ NORTHERN LEASING SYSTEMS, INC (NLSI) Credit Card Processing Company is trying to rip us off. New York New York

Our situation is similar to everyone elses. What happened in our situation is we were not the ones who signed the original contract. We thought the monthly fee we were paying was for the use of credit card account not for the terminal lease. We requested copies of the contract and it is NOT our signature. I cancelled the ACH coming out of our account and MBF started calling a lot. Same thing would happen to us when we called back. Either they would hang up on you or the people at MBF leasing/Northern Leasing are rude and difficult to deal with. I call and I talk to the same person each time (Bonita Burton). No matter what time or number she is the one who answers. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New York. They told the BBB we would need to fill out there Affidavit of Forgery. They sent us a letter acknowledging the complaint, but did not send the Affidavit of forgery. I called and spoke to Bonita Burton. She asked for my phone number to send me the paperwork. Of course I would not give that to her. She said she would fax me an Affidavit of Forgery. I have yet to receive the form.

I hope a class action suit is on the way. Lets fight for our rights as consumers.
