Back in Aug of Last year i started a business with my aunt ... i signed a contract with this leasing company for my credit cards ... well ... after 2 months with them we started getting charged for alot of things we should not have been charged for but the company stated they sent us a letter about this information but they didn't ... well my aunt got sic her liver failed and she had a liver transplant and died 2 hours after her transplant ... so being in a partnership with my aunt and all i called my leasing company and stated our business was now closed due to the death of my aunt who was my partner and who really ran it i just helped her ... their reply to me was ..." thats not our problem your aunt died when should we expect the next payment" ... i was floored that i even choose to do any kind of business with them.. now they are threatening me and telling me we will be brought to court in NY and have to pay all dues and fees and legal fees and so on ... very rude people on the phone as well they want to scream and yell at you and threaten you continuously
