MBF Leasing they leased me a credit card machine with the understanding that I had 48 hours to change my mind and when I called in 24 hours noone would return my call I consistantly called and noone would return New York, New York

I leased a credit card machine from mbf leasing with a legal period of 48 hours to change my mind. In 24 hours I tried to contact the company rep to tell him that I wasn't satisfied and I had changed my mind however I could not get a return phone call. When the rep finally got back to me he informed me that I was past the 48 hour period and I had to honor the contract. I boxed up the machine and sent it back to the company only to be sued for $4000.00. I obtained an atty. and found out that I had been conned and I had to pay the money. I paid with the agreement that my credit report wouldn't reflect this problem and of course it was placed on my credit report. I would never recommend this company and I think their should be a law suit place on mbf for their rip off business tactics!!! do not trust this company for anything!!!
