MCI WORLD COM ripoff waste of time JACKSONVILLE Florida

MCI World is the the carrier for the State Prison Chuckawalla Valley and on March 10, 2003, they took it upon there company to put a block on quite a few customers phone service, then making the customer pay and large sum of money to set up the account to be able to receive call from the prison,

I find it quite hard to understand how a company can tell you how you can receive calls and how many and how much you can spend, i am a litle mixed up i thought it was the other way, if the customer is paying then it should make no difference, because i am now what they consider a new customer which i am not because i have been paying then more then $400.00 a month for the last two months

i am now restricted to only 12 calls a month.

Their customer service sucks i had operator 31 at mci world com tell me oh well that is the way it is and you should not have a jail bird in prison.
