MCI seems to be haveing trouble with there billing.First they don't send a bill untill 4 months into your plan,they charge for roaming that you are not to be charged for then they make threats to collect on money. You begin to pay your bill(because now you have one) and they have no record of payments, however the checks cleared your account yet they denie recieving payment. Then they again make threats and shut off your phone. Now they seem to find the fact that you have paid on your bill but still don't have record of all your payments. Again no service, your credit becomes damaged and they claim you owe more than what you really owe. customer service won't give you a supervisors name or who to contact to fix the problem. They treat you as cattle. I refuse to give them anymore money untill I get a print out of all charges/payments on my account. I refuse to deal with them any longer due to the fact they have no desire to help only to treat you with contempt. I am a reponsible person who will not be treated in this dis respectful fashion.
