MD Health Systems Phony Scratch-Off Card in Mail Fort Wayne, Indiana

My mother got this post card in the mail with a scratch off bit on the front. She wasn't sure what it was so she gave it to me to check out. On the back are several "winning hands" with some possible prizes on the back as well. Scratching off the card revealed 4 kings and 7 of hearts, exactly what was on the back as a possible winning hand. The cards are in the exact same order as on the back, so that's a tell right there. A sticker on the bottom of the card covered up some of the fine print on the card, so I lifted that up and read it. Here, I'll quote part of it.

"You may be asked to view a FilterQueen Indoor Air Quality System demonstration. No obligation required. No purchase necessary. Available prizes decrease as prizes are awarded. Sponsor not affiliated with prize mfrs. Co-sponsored by FilterQueen Merchants throughout North America. Retail value is the verifiable value at the start of the promotion."

It's a sales pitch. Nothing more. You will be asked to view a demonstration, wasting your time with some silly air quality system, asked to buy it, and at the end they will say they are out of prizes. It's a scam to confirm residency and contact information with fools who don't know any better.
