MD NETWORK WHEN i CANCEL MY TRANSATION THEY SAID I DID NOT POST MARK WAS NOT WITH IN THREE DAYS. KETTREDGE, Colorado

the said I did not cancel with in the three day from the tranation date . The transation was on 4/6/2011 I sent sent the cancel in on the 4/7/2011 . they said the post mark was after the three days. they sent ,me a card onpost marked on the 4/12/2011 from denver. I received it on 4/ 14/2011. I guess my mastake was I did not it regestered mail for proff.
