We live in Hackberry Creek subdivision in Las Colinas/Irving, TX. We are forced to pay over $40 per months in HOA dues and go through MDU Communications to subscribe to DirecTV. The overall deal you receive on TV programming is good. However....
Our satellite went out on June 22nd. We contacted MDU communications on June 23rd. They stated that July 2nd would be the earliest they could come take a look at the issue. July 2nd is here. They called today and say they have to reschedule. So we will now be without TV for 3 weeks. Out HOA....doesn't get involved in these matters.
Avoid MDU Communications at all costs. If you live in Hackberry Creek do not sign up for the service and when a vote comes around vote NO on renewing the DirecTV subscription. Plus, you have nobody including the HOA, which enforces that you pay the monthly fee, that will help you.
