Melanie Campbell and her Orangecrest Dance Academy are complete frauds!!! I am not the only parent whom has been ripped off by this shyster! She prohibits parents from being able to video and take pictures of your child's recital and makes you pay her in return for this service in order to capture your daughters recital. The fraudsters NEVER had any intentions of giving you pictures or the DVD. It's a scam and she has kept all of our money! Not to mention she was also a horrible instructor (read the reviews from other reputable dance academy's on her lack of qualifications and how she does not teach her students a darn thing about dancing) This character is only qualified to dance at a strip club on a pole if that! She is a complete fraud and parents should be aware of her scams!! She makes parents feel sorry for her by saying she is really ill when she does not show up to her own class and blames it on her "substitute" not showing up. She has not refunded us the lessons we had to pay in advance nor has she credited us anything for the payments we made to her on classes she has missed. Other reports indicate she had financial problems and did not pay the photographer nor the camera man, therefore the parents get screwed! In addition, her landlord evicted her from her building. I believe she is now working for "JUST FOR KIDS". FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD! PARENTS BE CAREFUL and keep your children and yourselves away from this character!!!!!
