MEMBERSHIP SERVICES PIGGY BACKED A CHARGE OF 19.95 ONTO ANOTHER ORDER A BOX CHECKED APPARENTLY, I CANCELED MY ORIGINAL ORDER BUT DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS ONE UNTIL I CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT MONTHS LATER. I ASKED P.O. BOX 658, Minnesota

I ordered something in January I believe beauty products which I had to cancel if I did not want them to send me more which I did.  They said that was when my original order was placed they had a box you must UNcheck apparently because when I canceled my order before the trial period ran out, it did not cancel Membership Services which I didn't know about, so they had been charging me $19.95 per month on my visa bill for months.  I called the number when I found it on my statement and cancelled it and told them that was not fair and they said I agreed to the terms?  What terms?  So they sent me a letter saying "we have convirmed your purchase of Value Plus was made either by you or an authorized user of the card ending in ####.  Therefore based on our enrollment records you are not eligible for a refund."

I can have them further review this which will I am sure trigger another set of letters that will eventually end up saying the same thing, no refund.  Total scam and they are totally getting away with it!
