I've been with a few cell phone co's
Metropcs is very different.
I've had too many irratating visits to their stores all over,( except-their not in Alabama.)
my last visit to the Metro store in Concord.calI was sent to another that was suppossed thelp me retreive all my contact's,so I could start,using the new phone( from Asurion)the only cell ins.co.
When i got to the store across town,driving in the rain,getting wet,while walking to this store,and when i went inside,there was a "greeter" on the floor.Right away,she scolded me for a "pototoe plastic bag,that laid on the window ledge,(as there was not a receptical for those typ's of debris.She offered to help me-by telling me to log in to a screen,(stationed @ the entry door),then after the scolding,she asked me to take it outside to the garbage can,and i told her ,that i was disabled,with a bad left ankle, she said "that's not my problem!!) I left it where i placed it,because there was not any garbage units inside.Her speach and body lingo,and way of speaking,was definately ,"Hood lingo"- her,voice-and attitude,body language,were all evident as to others that heard her verbal assualt on me,for the potatoe chip bag.
She was intimading as she went on to help me take care of business.
It turns out that Metropcs,dos'nt have any way of ( cell contact's ),if you don't follow some unknown to me method of how to keep them.
I'm paying an extra $1.00,per mo,for that service.
I was told that it could'nt happen,bexcausei did'nt do the back-up plan, input properly.!!
They said,too bad,when i stated,I was'nt told or shown how to get the contact's for my newly replaced cell.
There is no manuel for us to follow when metropcs sell's them to us.
At least,"I never got one,when I joined Metropcs."
This week I'm going back to the Veterans Clinic to get re-started on my Depression med's,which i don't like.
I'm trying to not take med's,as there are side-effects.I'm trying to practice ( Serenity ),and she' causing me to go back for appt's.To me,it's expensive to gas up and drive to and from,all that's involved in that process,to get them @ the end of all visits and then the I'm here to see, if I can sue, or start Metropcs, to address,my concerns as to how to help those that are slower,with gadget's and cells,cpu's,and the likes,that go with comunicating the current way to comunicate.
There has to be some Att,out there to sue the or her for all my expences,and my loss of money and her insulting handling of my visit,to metro store's.
Please let me know ASAP.
