MG Direct LLC Does Anyone Work in Customer Service???? Lodi New Jersey

 I ordered a 'Breathe-Easy" Mouthpiece (sleep aid) based on the decent reviews on their website.  I had a voucher for it so the only thing I needed to pay for was $4.95 for shipping.  It arrived pretty quickly however, this thing is huge.  It's made out of rubber & cannot be adjusted.  I am a average sized girl.  It barely fit in my mouth & was making me gag. There was NO way I was sleeping with this. 

I decided the next day to call.  Their lines were busy all day.  I waited another day & decided to send them an email.  Now, keep in mind, I wasn't expecting a refund but thought maybe a credit to purchase another item.  A whole week goes by with NO response so I decided to send another e-mail.  Another week, no response.  I tried to call again, lines busy.

I finally gave up.  I just want everyone to know that your taking a chance buying from this company.  Should you ever need Customer Service, GOOD LUCK!
