Purchased a pair of shoes.  Was told they could be returned if they had not been worn or scuffed.  Specific conversation was had about the shoes were not to be worn inside one of the Casino's bars for fear of scuffing and excessive use.  I spoke with tatiana about going to take a walk over to the door of the Bar and asking if my new shoes and my friends casual black shoes were acceptable footwear.  

Entrance of bar is in the same room as the entrance of the restaurant.  My buddy decided he did not want to go the bar so i came back to the store in 3 minutes with the shoes i was trying on for 3 minutes on an indoor carpeted area.  Tataiana needed manger approval to give my money back.  manager was called and when he arrived told me I could not return the unworn shoe because he said I tried it on outside the store.  Tatiana told me what i could do, i complied with her request and then was denied my money back.  She lied.  The manager lied evrything about it was awful.
