Michael Paulson, the owner of MAP Construction, officing in Corinth, Texas has perpetuated a fraud for the completion of construction/demolition services to my office building located in Plano, Texas.
MAP construction was engaged via written contract in June 2010 to complete the removal of an office building that was destroyed by a fire. MAP construction did complete the scope of work engaged to be completed. Michael Paulson had then been paid in full for the scope of work agreed to within the written contract.
However, once paid in full, Michael Paulson had then acted in an unprofessional, unethical, illegal manner and failed to pay the vendors and subcontractors he engaged to complete the scope of work.
This failure to meet his financial obligations has resulted in a Lien placed on my office building. Michael Paulson has failed to respond to attempts made to resolve this matter and now after six months has continued to fail to satisfy his financial responsibility.
It is highly recommended that anyone engaging this company first consider the improper nature with which Michael Paulson has conducted himself in this situation. The debt incurred now exceeds $12,000.

Mr. Centola Unfounded Character Assassination REMARKS

Responding to Mr. Centola Unfounded Character Assassination that has been perpetrated against my company and myself that has no MERIT as noted.
 
First of all MAP CONSTRUCTION and or myself did not Perpetrate any type of a fraud against Mr. Centola and or Allied Waste Company as described by Mr. Centola. I shall explain the facts and I have the documentation to prove that I did not commit any fraudulent acts as accused by Mr. Centola.
 
1.      Mr. Centola knows that Forward Trucking was the subcontractor he was the only one performing the work as described not to mention all of the conversations that he had with Forward on the job site.
 
2.      I did not have an account with Allied Waste Forward Trucking did, see Allied Waste Sam Duran to confirm.
 
3.      We Paid Forward Trucking in full per our contract and he signed a lien release for the mentioned property stating that he had paid all of his venders, suppliers, subs, employees, etc regarding this property and would Not allow liens to be placed on the property not to mention to hold and Indemnify and to defend us and the owner as noted, so we no reason to believe that he was not paying his vender.
 
4.      I have informed Mr. Centola months ago that I am working on resolving this issue, few exhibits  below.
 
A.    I have been working with Allied Waste to recover this invoice amount from Forward Trucking as a witness regarding Forward Trucking fraudulent acts in this matter since September 2010.
 
B.     I have been working with Plano, TX Police Detective regarding criminal charges against Forward Trucking for committing fraud against my company and Allied Waste as well as the owner.
 
C.    My lawyer sent a demand letter to Forward Trucking to pay his bill of $10,413.26 and to remove said lien.
 
 
D.    My lawyer discovered that the lien that was placed on the mentioned property was improperly executed and did not meet the Texas property code requirements, guidelines and is an illegal document filing according to the property code statue with no legal lien rights and or any merit.
 
5.      Closing
A.    I am working on defending and removing the lien from Mr.Centola property as noted.
 
B.     I was the one who was deceived and defrauded by Forward Trucking in many areas including them telling me that they were making payments to Allied Waste during the job progress, We had no reason not to believe him due to he had worked for me for the past 8 years with no issues until I was informed by the owner that Allied Waste was going to put a lien on Mr. Centola property due to Forward Trucking, once I received this info I started calling Forward and he told me that the IRS froze his bank account?
 
C.     Mr. Centola is wrong about the amount he stated of $12,260.16 owed to Allied Waste according to them the amount that Forward Trucking owes them is $10,413.26 per allied waste.
 
D.    Please feel free to check my history and you will find that I have no such history of committing fraudulent acts and or misleading others.
 
E.     I certainly do not deserve the unfounded character assassination that has been perpetrated against my company and myself that has no merit as noted.
