This company has failed to register with or pay into ANY States unemployment funds, which by law they are required to do so. Investigations have begun by several states.
This company also violates an incredible amount of state and federal labor laws and unlawful practices againts employees regarding so called chargebacks and will also be investigated for these violations.
The IRS has also been notified of their practice of forcing their employees not to report more than 40 hours a week altough sooo many of you work 60 to 80 hours a week and are not being compensated.
DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY..... THEY ARE TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD OF SELF DISTRUCTION...DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOU DOWN TOO!!
There are many other activies that go on and are looked over because the owner also partakes.
