MIDAS ripoff and theft of personal property from car, racism, threatening tone, Houston Texas

I took my car to midas for a brake check. First the big fat double chin guy told me to leave it for a few hours. Then when I come back he told me I needed to fix something under my hood. I told him everything on the car was new; just check the brakes that are making noise. He forced me to buy some unnecessary parts and pay for labor and service because he said he already did the work which I really doubt. Then while he is walking away, I hear him mumble somethin under his breath like "(((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))". I say "Excuse me sir? What did you say?".

He says nothing and keeps walking. Then I hear him go to the back office and talk to the old bald man (maybe the owner) about "nigga this and nigga that" and something else in anuther language, and then they laugh. I didn't want to start nothin so I just walk outa ther and when i get to my car and start drivin away, I notice ALL my CD's are gone! So I come back and then I loose it with him. He denied everythin. That SOB overcharged me, ripped me off, called me a racist name, and then stole ALL my CD's!!! I would never take my business there again, and don't think you should either.
