i thought i resolved this i recived a letter from the law fim that this case was droped, however three months later i get a letter from the firm pressler that i was to be in court in jan.2007.
i once again , im trying ro resolve this . they have now put me in collections this had shown up on my credit report. as of right now im being turned down for a mortgage or at least a better rate because of this company they should be stoped and sued themselves.
