POSTED: Tuesday, March 26, 2013The issue was caused by my local Western Union branch [a post office] that made the error of telling me that the payment had been collected.
I asked WU serviceline later what happened.
I have successfully reclaimed the payment!
All Legit with MIGchina, Ben is a truthfull Business man 5/5 !
