I have no love for this man, however I can tell you that he has been ripping off people for many years. I can tell you be is currently residing in Spain - Benidorm, before that in El Raso near Guardamar Del La Segura where he is aptly known as "mike the bull shitter". His partner Monique Astruc has nothing to do with the scams, she like you has been manipulated by Him. He is hiding in Spain and contributes zero to his child, he cannot return through fear of arrest. He is believed to be living with Russian girl but do not know their relationship status.

i cannot believe what i have just read, i too filed a rip of report some while back on this scammer and i have just read his excuses of which i was one he scammed, fortunatly i got wise but not before losing 3k he stole in rent and walking away with my tenants deposit he clearly makes it his profession as he appears to be good at what he does, robbing!

The reason i am here as i am always on the look out for new property sale boards, especially in these harder times as I would imagine there to be some poor unexpecting victims out there for him to pray on, anyway i have found an unknown board, dodgy contacts, mobile only, no website and google just tells me  they specialise in properties that offer the purchaser potential for improvement or development. will keep you posted

I have just noted your report and have much energy in tracing Mike/Ramish etc for the return of the money he stole and or at least his demise. I also have a paper trail and court recognition so if we can get together that would be great, more power in numbers and I am sure my tenant would be happy to join forces too.

We are Treasure Box Homes estate agents. We rented the above address Kestral Farm Hay Lane to Mike Jaitley. We have been informed by his Landlord that Mike left the property owing 21 months rent. This is no longer his address and the property is now in the possession of the landlord.

i feel sorry for any one who dealt with criminal,his company robbed me and my landlady of thousands and then writes all this spill and expects you to feel sorry for him.

 

luckily he did me a favour by not putting my deposit in a secured scheme so we had to make the landlady pay us out of her own pocket, he cares for no one but himself and deserves all he gets if he gets anything i doubt it people like him dont.

Firstly my name is Rakesh sharma, I use the name Mike jaitley for business . I could not have STOLEN 5000 POUNDS  from you as i would now be in jail you fool.. You got a county court judgment against me because i was unable to pay you outstanding rent on you worn out apartment when i came out of prison. SO stealing didnt come into it. The bailiffs are unable to do anything because YOU need to put in a claim with the official receiver in Reading, the same as everyone else..

My partner Monique stole nothing from you and was not responsible for the debt, as the contracts were between you and me,..get your facts right as Monique also did not get a 4 year sentence......she got an 8 month sentence suspended for 2 years,, the minimum the judge could give, as she has an impeccable past, unlike you..

I served a sentence in prison as you well know, but i did the crime and i did the time,,, so get lost

 

There is no chance you will get your money now that i have been made bankrupt, and as far as holidays in prison are concerned GO TO THE POLICE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY.......

My name is Mike jaitley aka rakesh Sharma. I am happy to take any enquiries or accusations directly...my email is mjaitley@hotmail.com. I was the proprietor of PMC estates, and Pmc marketing solutions. Due to various problems, my company folded after around 18 months. I have not defrauded or attempted to defraud anyone. I was made bankrupt in 2009 and lost my home. So anyone with any problems should contact The official receiver in Reading.. If anyone thinks that all this was done for personal gain and with the intent to defraud, should contact the police, I will be more than willing to speak to them. It is true that i was sentenced in 2007 but since then no criminal activity has taken place and no criminal activity can be proved... I appreciate that there are people who lost monies due to the collapse of my company, but this was as far more damaging financially for me than any individual. there are a lot of people who suffered due to this collapse, but even though i tried to keep it going , I did not declaire myself bankrupt , butwas made bankrupt by a company called CRM who would not negotiate a settlement for payment.

i have been put in the unfortunate position that all staff have managed to walk away from this collapse and i have been left with accusations of fraud. My partner is in no way responsible, short f tring to hel me during this stressful period to try to get me on my feet again financially, and yet i have people who worked fr me trying to sue me for monies owed without taking and ounce of responsibility for the collapse of both businesses.

 

So please if you feel that i have defrauded you,,, take it up with the polce... I would recommend that you contact Maidenhead Polce station who have mydetails ater a report was lodeged by me before the collapse of the comapny against Mr Dean kenward who essentially was my so called partner when it suited him, and when the chips were down decided to run and blame me ....
