Why is it that last year the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago were made a promise that the Schengen visa waiver would be approved by the end of 2011. it is now past 2012 and nothing is done, yet our neighbouring islands like Barbados and St. kitts enjoy this luxury.Is it simply that no one cares?
