I emailed the imidately as it took about 6 weeks to get the one piece. I got back an auto populated email stating they were very busy this time of year and would get back to me over the next few weeks. I had to buy another Holloween custume else ware. As Holloween passed I emailed them and asked for a refund of all pieces not delivered. On the website it was still claiming all pieces were in stock and ship in 3-5 days.
I went to my bank to reverse the charge realizing I'd been ripped off. First they told the bank I had recieved the items and needed to send them back.On their site it shows you your order and shipping info and it clearly state the pieces are in stock but have not shipped. Then they tried to tell the bank it wasn't them because it billed out as Sassy Bikini and not Doxy Intimated both are other sites for MJR Clothiers. Long story short its been 3 months now and I didn't get the costume or a refund.
