When things were delayed by MLD, they charged me an extra 400$ for their mistake.They appear to deal with you starting the day before the loan is due. At this point they lowered the amt of the loan that we had agreed upon to cover up an error they had made.
Overall they made the process much more nervewracking then it needed to be. Use them at your own risk.
