On December 7th my wife and I lease a car from M'Lady. They told us about a partner payment program were they will make a payment on your behalf if someone you refer buys a car. We referred someone to them and they are trying to refuse the reward we deserve. I physically went to the dealership and was told they had no record of the referral. The person we referred said they mentioned the referral several times during their deal and was told we would get the referral reward. After going back and forth we were told we would get the reward and it would take a week to 10 days. After that time past I called and talked to Larry this past Saturday. He said he couldn't look into it because it was Saturday and to call back Monday. After calling this morning, Larry told me he would look into it and call me back. Being almost 4:00 Pm I called and was told now that he was waiting for a callback from the person we referred. We will never lease or buy a car from them again. We are still persueing this and hope it is resolved soon. Oh, by the way. The person we referred is a priest.

After calling Jim M'Lady Nissan today I was told my reward was available to pickup. After work I went to the dealership and Larry Goldstein paid me in cash. I consider this issue resolved.

Still no check. Larry at Jim M'Lady said the checks in the mail. Nissan Corporate is now involved trying to get them to do the right thing. The BBB has also contacted them. What are they doing?

After filing this report, the very next morning M'Lady called me . They indicated I would be receiving the check in the mail. They did request that once I received the check in the mail that I take down this report from the internet. Still waiting for the check to arrive 3 months after the car was leased.
