First they charged me the $4.95 for shipping, then two weeks later they charged me $49.95 for the product that I had returned a week earlier - UNOPENED!
I have emailed them, called them and faxed them. NO REPLY to any of these. I have confirmation of them receiving the package in the mail and the faxes.
My next step is to report them to the BBB in TX...
