So we went to lending tree.com and they found money tree and had Randy who said he was from "Money Tree Mortgage out of Georgia called us.
We were excited because our credit was very little, well they told us we could get up to 80,000.00 for a house if we sent 300.00 to them.
well we filled out the application and sent the money and they told us it was money back guarenteed and we could get it back if we decided not to go with them.
Well it was takeing to long so we decided to call back and tell them we want our money back and the buissness was gone.
We have not heard from them since. I tried to write and call who ever I can and nothing. I tried the Better Business Bureau of Georgia and they tried and they said that they have not heard anything back so they can not do anything about it. If they can't do it than who can?
I have been tring for 2 years to get my money back and I have been running into dea ends.
