We ordered a children's DVD through MovieMars via Amazon about a month ago for my daughter's birthday. We received shipping information that they shipped through DHL & then received information that DHL had given the package to USPS. We were not given a USPS tracking number. We never received the movie. When we contacted MovieMars all they did was send us the same DHL tracking information we already had. It was like they did not even read the email we sent. They told us we had to contact the post office, but could not give us a USPS tracking number that USPS requires to track the package. When you call their number they ask you to leave a message, but never return your phone call. They also have not responded to my emails when I asked for a refund. So we have no movie (my daughter's birthday has come & gone without that present), no refund, and no luck because this company is in the business of stealing money without giving you their product! Save your money and order anywhere else!
