I thought I was buying 1 tape for a Xmas present and ended up getting 1 every month. I tried to cancel using their customer service address with no luck. I then boxed up 8-9 UNOPENED DVDs and sent them back and got another one in the mail today! I'm sick and tired of the rip off!
