I still haven't seen a response from anyone in law or Calif. rep. that says whether they can or can't while under consent. I can also see if you don't order videos and they send to you.
I think they should tell the operators in Texas to ask that question.
The other thing to do is call a video store and see if they have any. Suncoast Video has some for about the same price.
