HELLO, My name is Carolina ****", today  spoke with the people the handle the association on my property   brindisis park las vegas nv 89148. they charge me  $2000.00.  they say a tree cover my house numbers,leafs on the ground and bird poop on the roof,  they never send me a letter explaining every charge happening to my property with the exact dates, they never send me  a letter   notifying the charges,every month the charge with late fees they abusing and i know many more other owner that been getting charge too.  I do not know  what they do with the  $ 48.00  paid  to the association every month they want me to pay the $2000.00 if not they going to put e lien in the property. please I need your help
