As you claim to know so much, then at the very least reveal your "real name".

I am actually reporting on my own posting, because it states that I am from the USA.

That is an error (no doubt on my part!), I am actually from the UK, and I live in the UK.

 

I don't know where you get the idea from that MRI-SG is supporting MRI? (you really should have done your homework and pressed your friend E*** for more facts before you posted your silly comments). Maybe you think that MRI-SG is actually supporting MRI??  MRI-SG is a private forum-SG stands for Support Group (that supports all members, 1229 to date) that have been ripped off by MRI!  I can tell you now, that there are potential legal actions in place as I type this response to you, I know this for sure because I have joined the legal groups.

We have a Furniture Action Group that will be moving forward shortly, and we also have a potential action against Martinez Echevarria (you have mentioned this in one of your postings, which refers to Dave A E and his 2homeswap link).  Dave A E is actually a qualified UK lawyer that is giving his time and knowledge for free to all of the forum members that have been ripped off by MRI/ME/LI.

We also have a Spanish lawyer that is assessing our cases for free.

Please feel free to respond to my post, but make sure that you have got you facts completely correct.  Here are my facts-

I am an active member of the forum that is MRI-SG (I have been since February 2010).  Because of my activity on MRI-SG I have been patronised, intimidated and threatened with legal action by Dominic Pickering and Dean Masters (that now represent themselves as MRI).  They could not sink any lower in my opinion, but they could surprise me I suppose.  I have given up worrying what they may try and do next.

If you want to look up the facts for yourself, then you only need to go to the MRI-SG website.  You don't even have to become a member, there is a public blog that will clarify what I have already told you.

I am David Edwards, or daveae, as referred to in Fisherman's report, and own a site called swap2ndhome dot com. It is in no way affiliated with LN Group. I recommend LN Group on this site in a personal capacity as I was once a client of LN Group and it offered me good, cheap service.

I am not merely a legal advisor, I am a solicitor with four years of law school under my belt and another four years of legal training. There are no MScs in Property Investment, so I am not sure how one 'qualifies' in advising people in relation to investing abroad, nor does my site state I have anything other than my own experience (and legal knowledge) upon which to draw.

Fisherman seems to have made the somewhat logic-defying leap that, because I blogged on my site that I was happy with LN Group's services, this in some way reflects badly on my integrity. It does not. I have no idea of what service LN Group may have offered Fisherman in the past but would have thought that, if there was any basis to Fisherman's complaints, he might at least have contacted me before posting that 'The plot thickens' in relation to me. Who am I meant to be, Professor Moriaty?
