MRI Property they take payments for property upgrades then dont deliver the goods Spain intrnational

MRI property tell you that in order for them to rent out your holiday property they need to upgrade your furnishings. This is to standardise all of the fixtures and fittings in all of the propertys to make it easy to replace damaged or stolen property from your holiday home, fair enough. They also ask for a 500.00 deposit to be lodged into an account in your name for emergencies, fair enough. Total cost 2,500.00.
After the money has been received by them, they then do their best to avoid any contact with you, they pass you from one of their reps to another. The furnishings never arrive, and it is impossible to recover the money, if you threaten them with legal action they then refuse to answer any of your emails or fone calls. I waited ten months for this package before I finaly asked for my money back, now they dont respond to me at all.
This company is great at selling, but the aftersales are purely there to rip you off. At one stage they lost my keys to the apartment, which cost me a weeks rental. after that when I threatend legal action they pulled any future rentals I had, out of the apartment. In over two years they have not provided me with one single weeks rental. They are totaly unprofessional.
