The intial agent was told I was already using another service. I told him the rates I was charged by them and he promised they could be matched and/or beat. Transactions were to be 10 cents, statement fee was to be $8. I give him my banking information and waited to get the machine. By the time it had arrived the company had already withdrawn first .42 and a few days later .17 and then $79, all before I had even processed one transaction! As I began to process payments, they would deduct the transaction fee - whatever they wanted, never just .10 and then they would deposit my money and the next day take it back in increments! My attempts at reaching the sales rep who lied to me first proved futile. I called them over and over because it seemed no one knew what the fees were for. I finally got Shana on the phone. I explained to her I am a new business, a new small business. I needed my money and every transaction I ever made with the company was taken back a day or two after it was deposited. They were even taking money when I wasn't even using the machine. $79 for this, $19.25 for that, .50, $30! EVERY SINGLE PENNY I EARNED IN THE MONTH I HAD THIS SERVICE WAS TAKEN BACK BY MSI AND THEM SOME!!!! Shana transferred me to Terry. After repeated calls to him and leaving voicemails, he calls while I am working with a client. He said he was going to be in the office until 8 that night and then "We can sit down and go over every one of these transactions so you'll know how the company works! Okay?" How can you explain to me why you feel it was okay for your company to take my hard earned money, every penny. Yeah, I wanted to hear this and spent all evening and every day since trying to reach Terry to no avail.
